How do I get started?

Sign up for free and CC us at invoice@overdue.inc on every invoice you send. That’s it. We monitor everything. Paid on time? We do nothing. Goes overdue? We step in.

Will my customers know I use a collections service?

No. We collect under your brand — your name, your email, your signature. Your customers just see a friendly payment reminder from you, not a third party. Treasury Collect is completely invisible.

When do you charge me?

Only when we collect. Stage 1 (friendly reminders, 7-30 days) is always free. If an invoice reaches Stage 2 and we recover the payment, we take 2.9%. Nothing if we don’t collect.

What if my customer pays directly to me?

Great — that counts. Once an invoice is paid (whether to us or to you), mark it paid in your dashboard. Our fee only applies if we actually helped collect it.

What channels do you use?

Email at every stage. SMS from 31 days. Phone calls from 61 days, to multiple people at the company. Formal demand letters at 120 days. Legal action as a last resort with your approval.

What if my customer disputes the invoice?

We pause immediately and loop you in. FDCPA requires us to verify any disputed debt before continuing — which protects you legally too.

Do you handle B2C collections or just B2B?

Both. We follow FDCPA for consumer debts, which includes the mini-Miranda disclosure and validation notices. B2B debts get lighter treatment per professional standards.
